2 Hire a Handyman

My review was not a lie. I have pictures and two written attempts to get in touch with this company, which I had delivered and tracked through FedEx so I could be certain that they were delivered. I got no response back.
There is no reason to try to defame this company other than to warn people of the terrible service and try to save others the hassle. Take a look at the other reviews and you should get a pretty good idea of the kind of company this is.

I also purchased a voucher from Half Off Depot. Stay away from these guys. It was a simple backsplash — about 12 square feet in a kitchen. First off, the owner, Keith Kelchner missed my appointment on Friday. When I called to see where they were, he put me on hold for 7 minutes trying to figure out how it happened. I finally said — I don’t care how it happened — tell me what you’re going to do to fix it and when are you going to show up. He promised he’d be there the following day and he’d give me a free hour. That was my first issue. He showed up on Saturday one hour late — go figure. But, he shows up with a little assistant. Basically someone he could boss around and get things out of his car. And wipe a sponge over the tile. It took them more than 4 hours to do this backsplash. When I called and asked he said two hours would most likely be OK depending on the condition of the drywall (which was perfect). He worked very slow and didn’t feel comfortable doing the job. Like he had never done a backsplash before. When it was time to pay, he tried to charge me for the «man hours» of his little assistant guy. He did finally reduce it some, but I was still WAY over charged. I would stay away. Between the «Trip Charge» of $ 50 they charge plus his sneaky way of «Man hours,» it isn’t worth it. Just by talking to Keith on the phone, I should have known. He sounded nuts.
