Pizza Hut

Went here for the lunch buffet on April 7^th. Staff says they no longer offer the lunch buffet, yet the sign advertising for the lunch buffet still hangs at the door. The ownership of this location must be hands off, as the offerings continue to decline.

Without a doubt the WORST! How they are in business is a mystery. The pizza was wrong not cut how can you forget to cut a pizza REALLY!

Worst place to come and eat. Wait so long for your food, even for a appetizer and plus they seem to not like to fill your drinks up or ask if you want a refill. Place is also very dirty. The plates were not clean at all. Not happy…

I went for the lunch buffet. They only had the thin crust pies available while I was there, and everyone knows that if you go to pizza hut, you expect to have their trademark deep dish available. They also didn’t have any dessert pies or cinnamon sticks available on my visit. The store is in serious need of renovation, it doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 80s, especially evident in the bathroom.

Ordered 2 pizzas on special. One sausage one pepperoni. I called the order in for pickup, I Got there 15 mins, the place was dead, no one greated me, everyone was in the kitchen goofing off, after waiting 10 min I called the restaurant to get someone to come to the front. By that time there where 5 people that came in after me. 2 just walked out, finally some girl came out of the kitchen. She couldn’t find my order, wnt back in the kitchen for another 8 mins then grabbed 2 pizzas that have been sitting on a rack near the cash register since I got there, she seemed anoid to have to wait on me and gave no apology. Pizzas where both burned and looked the same when I got home. I would rather eat the boxes. Threw them out and ate something else. I called to report it to a manager but no one ever called back. Called the next day and was scolded for not bringing the pizza back last night and was told there was nothing that could be done now. I wound never go back there, bad food, bad service, bad attitude

The deals they give out are always the best, although with these new deals they made the pizza smaller. The manager sometimes had an attitude especially when i ordered a lot of pizza during the $ 5.55 deal. Also the .99 soda most time taste flat.
