Came here for an acrylic fill and had a great experience. I was seen immediately by Ann and I loved her! My fill was done in 35 mn and it was beautiful. Great shape and painting. They have a good selection of colors, the staff is friendly and the location is clean. Price was $ 20, which is average, I’ve had cheaper certainly but this was a quality job! I will be back!

Received a mani and pedi. The place seemed clean, but the customer service was not the best. I did not feel like a priority. My nails look pretty good and I was happy with the quickness of the nails. I am not one of those people that want each thing to take an hour. I was also happy to be offered wine(who isn’t?) I just might go someone else to receive better attention and customer service. Their attitude made me feel like a burden, not a joy to serve.

5 stars I was a walk in appointment and I sat for about 15 mins. When I sat down to start it took a little while then to find that I couldn’t get what I wanted but she suggested something prettier and was done in a timely manner

Very accommodating to five of us walking in. Lovely store, looks clean, smells nice, free wi-fi and iPads at the pedicure chairs! Tons of colors to choose from, lots of options for nail art and they offer massages too. Great experience here!

Upon walking in, the place looked nice. Uh, WRONG. The use of dirty implements and unsanitized working station is strictly against TDLR. Which is exactly what happened here. I went in for a fill and noticed once the technician finished initially drilling my nails down(and nicked me) those implements went right back into the rusty altoid box from which they came. No need to worry for whoever those were used on afterwards, I don’t have HEP anything. I’m already in it with drilled nails so I stuck it out(I hope I don’t end up with some kind of fungus I need lamisil for). Luckily the liquid(monomer) is self sanitizing so I didn’t worry about that too much. By the time to buff my nails came at the end of the service, my tech pulls out this dirty buffer block, buffs my nails, and puts it right back into the drawer. Lovely. Don’t get me wrong, my technician was nice, but this place is DIRTY.

Knocking my rating down this week. Just haven’t felt like the my nails(mani and pedi) have been given the attention they need the last couple of times I’ve been. Got Shellac one week and within two days it was already chipping. I probably should have gone back to get it fixed but didn’t have the time. I’ll definitely continue to visit VIP in the future and hope that I have better results. Hoping for the best!

I went in for a pedicure. I had a male technician — he did a great job. He actually spent time to take care of the feet & nails — lengthy massage & great polish job. The place was clean & there were a lot of customers there but I got a chair right away. One extra bonus: iPads at every station. The pedi was $ 27 — for me that’s reasonable, coming from buffalo, ny.

I REALLY loved this place, but SO expensive!!! $ 53 for french shellac! That’s crazy! It was a great manicure, and they put a massage thing on your shoulders and did a great manicure. I think it was a great experience, but NOT for $ 53!!!

Went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The eyebrow wax was good, but the application of the oil afterwards was sloppy and after leaving I had to constantly wipe my eyes because the oil was getting in them. The pedicure wasn’t good at all. The person tried to up-sell on getting a deluxe pedicure, then tried to get me to use the gel polish, which was an extra $ 20. After I declined both, she tried to sell me on her painting a flower on my toenail for $ 7 extra. I declined that as well. The atmosphere was okay as they offer a beverage(I don’t know if you have to pay extra for that). The pedicure itself was mediocre. I will NOT go back there. I don’t mind paying a little more for good service, but this was not worth the money. Once they are finished with you, they try to hurry you out to get another client in the chair you were sitting in.

I love this place! I have never been disappointed with any service I’ve had here. They have iPads on all of their pedicure chairs. They’re clean and it’s pretty inside. They serve drinks soda, water, and wine. This is definitely the place for solar nails! Everyone says they’re expensive but they’re the same price as any other place here in town. They have a great selection of nail polish, shellac, and solar.

I just moved to Dallas, but will be coming home to Abilene for my next mani-pedi because they are the cheapest and best for the Gel Nail stuff! Leena is my favorite.
