DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been to this place and they were always friendly and okay. But I’ve just had the worst nail experience of my entire life. They didn’t have half the colors displayed so I didn’t get the color I wanted, they guy was rude as shit, he took an HOUR to do shellac, I had to change colors and start over half way through because «the color is bad» and it still looks like shit. They actually had to get a new person halfway through to finish my nails and they STILL look like SHIT. 35 dollars for some fucked up fingers and wall paint on my nails.

This place was terrible. The woman doing my pedicure was more focused on watching tv and the other employees were on their cell phones. Then, while checking out the woman was rude when I asked a question. Save your money!!! I would give it zero stars if I could.

UPDATE: on November 20^th 2015 Royal Nails was investigated and fined $ 800 by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. There violation was for not keeping records of the cleaning of the foot spas they utilize. They were investigated on September 25, 2015 the last entry being in February 2015.
Not to mention in February 2014 they were investigated and found guilty of not cleaning there foot spas properly leading to a $ 500 fine.

Buyer BEWARE, I was sexually harassed at this establishment. So much so that the technician who harassed me asked me to not tell my husband. My husband went to Royal Nails today to talk to a manger since he tried calling on Saturday and the employee told him that there is no manager. He spoke with Rachel the General Manager. She blamed my harassment on cultural differences and said that they don’t speak good English so I must have miss understood my harassment, though there was inappropriate physical contact. The technicians name is Ricky, might I add he is well versed in the English language. You will be taking a chance with your safety if you go here!

Seriously the best place to get you nails done!!! Also if you want the most amazing pedicure… Come here!

Kevin is the BEST!!! Everyone is really friendly and they do a great job! It’s not crowded or hard to get to like places in malls. They are really concerned with making you comfortable. This was the best money I’ve ever spent on a pedicure! Get the signature spa pedicure, it is wonderful!

Great job on my nails today. Pretty impressed. Sat me right away and didn’t feel rushed. Friendly and clean!

Very pleased. Visiting colleges from out of town with my daughter. It was close to closing time so we called to see if we could get in. They got us right in. Everyone was very friendly. Place was nice and clean even at the end of the day!

The guy who did my pedicure was nice but I was only there for the massage really. I just got a clear coat on my nails but they weren’t all filed evenly. The massage was good tho.
The lady who did my mom’s manicure didn’t pay attention at all and it wasn’t done very well.

My bestfriend an I came in for pedicure today. Kevin and V both did awesome jobs. The massage on our legs was amazing. They were very clean and everyone was really nice.

Today, I tried Royal Nails for the first time after walking out of my regular place. (I made an appointment and was told I would still have to wait an hour). But not here, I made an appointment and was seated shortly after I arrived. The receptionist was very friendly and immediately offered me something to drink and she continued to ask if anyone in the waiting area would like any refreshments. My nail technician was Johnny, and he was amazing! My nails have NEVER looked so good! My nails are difficult to do because I have tiny nails. But Johnny did exactly what I wanted him to do! I asked him to make my nail bed look bigger and he said no problem!

I’ve tried 2 other nails salons in Abilene and so far this one is my fave. The cleanest and aesthetically please place so far! I plan in trying out the rest in town to determine my absolute fav.

Friendly caring people, very relaxing atmosphere, CLEAN, definitely a plus! 100% sanitation. Reasonable price. The perfect place for birthday, bridal, get together party, or even couples night out! Would recommend to all people!!! :)

Terrible!!! We were greeted when walking in and I was told to pick out my polish for my pedi. The polish selection is not good, wouldn’t even call it a selection. I sat down to semi-​warm water and had to ask them to make it warmer. Part of the pedi bowl kept coming off in the water, and after several attempts to stay attached the tech grabbed the same part from another bowl not being used. I asked for the pedi a step up from the classic because I really wanted a good scrub on my feet. However, she was so interested in paying attention to the tv behind me that she barely filed and scrubbed the bottom of my feet. If I could give negative stars I would. Highly disappointed! Not worth the money! Will definitely not ever come back!

The only place I will go. They are becoming very popular so go during off times to get in faster or make an appointment.

Best place in Abilene to get your nails whipped. Never crowded. Clean. They take their time and do a great job. The pedicure menu has 5 options, increasing in price as you get more fun stuff done to your feet. I always get the #5 because my feet are fabulous. Discovered that the ‘Earth’ pedicure products heat up when they start rubbing it in. Nice!
