Giving this FedEx location 1 star is giving too much. The people in this location are so incompetent!!! They lost my package and instead of having a concern to help the customer, they have been nothing but rude and careless. Their customer service is far fast horrible. They’re not willing or even care to help us they just blow you off. The only way I was able to get some decent help was by contacting another location in ARIZONA. And to find out they are just handing over packages to random people with out proper identification is beyond irresponsible and careless.

The staff is friendly, fast and efficient! I really expected to wait awhile because of the holiday season and the fact that they were understaffed by there people (according to one of the employees). I’m gal that helped me was doing about give things at once but was able to provide me with great service.
