Day 2 in Seville, Spain. After checking out the Alcazar Gardens, my boyfriend and I got hungry. After walking around the city, we decided on the Bodeguita Puerta Jerez! It didn’t look like much– the kitchen looks like a little shack. But we wanted to sit outside since the weather was so great. Maybe it was because our expectations were low, but the food was SOGOOD. We ordered 2 jamon sandwiches, a pizza to share, and kalimotxo. The jamon sandwiches were to die for! The bread was perfectly toasted, with melt-in-your-mouth jamon topped with some olive oil. The pizza was good(nothing that special but good decent pizza). Kalimotxo is a Spanish drink with equal parts soda(fanta) and wine– very refreshing for a hot summer day. This hole in the wall restaurant was basically the best lunch I had on my 1.5 week Spain trip!
