Hacienda Na Xamena

Me guardo este hotel para cuando haya ganado en la lotería… de momento me conformo con un café en la espectacular terraza, un tapeo…
Esta vez fuimos a probar el SPA. Tienen dos opciones: solo SPA (55 EUR) o SPA con comida (77 EUR) — precios con IVA por persona. No es barato, pero tampoco esperábamos una ganga. En el SPA se realiza un «circuito» de agua, se pasan unos 10 min. en cada uno de las 6 piscinas/​yakuzis. Las vistas son absolutamente increíbles — es un relax total que recomiendo plenamente. Eso si: para ser un 5* faltaban algunos detalles (champú, acondicionador…).
La comida se toma después del SAP en la terraza, fantástica en calidad y presentación. Colgaré unas fotos.

Na Xamena has one of the most beautiful views on Ibiza. Go here for a drink just before sunset and enjoy a romantic few hours when it starts to get dark. BUT, please lower your expectations on the service before your visit.
We were here to visit Na Xamenas Cascadas Suspendidas (salt water bubble pools) and really liked the SPA and the view. Unfortunately, we were not as happy with the lounge afterwards where we were promised snacks and drinks (included in the SPA package). You get quite thirsty after being in a bubble pool in the sun for 40 minutes so it was very surprising that they didn’t even serve us water or non the less the drinks that were included right after the SPA.
After asking three times and 40 minutes of waiting, we finally got our snacks. I noticed that none of the staff (including the SPA personell) thought this was a big deal. However, a gentleman who also was a guest and over heard our conversation with the staff seemed to understand me very well. «The service is just too hopelessly slow» he said, as he left the lounge.
