Stayed 6 nights in Oct 2015. They booked us into our room at 7am after a long flight. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Shower fixture design is cool. Room was quiet overlooking side street. Every one of the staff was helpful, respectful, and seemed to enjoy working there. We had the breakfast every morning and the food was great, attentive hosts, and a double self serve coffee/latte machine. The location is opposite Retiro Park and away from the noise of the center but still within walking distance or cab ride of everything. Going back in April and booking this hotel again. P. S. One of the light switches does turn off the headboard lights.

Great location, great service! and the rooms are just beautiful. Just a fan of their design. We had 2 Juliet balconies off the room. We ask for a cot for our baby but they gave us an extra bed anyway at no charge. They not only have free Wi-Fi but they gave you a laptop in the room too– maybe it’s local culture but it is my first!

Beautifully appointed hotel in a classic building across from the park.
Jaime Hernandez at the front desk took great care of us before we arrived and after. He is an asset to this hotel group.
Our only complaint is that the décor had lights around the bed board that did not go out at night! We almost ripped the wires out.
