this hotel is, by far, one of my favorite hotels in Europe. The lobby is finally done being renovated, and it looks really good. The staff are always so helpful and nice, the bar and new restaurant are extremely good as well. The rooms are very clean and nice, and the bathrooms are to DIEFOR. The HUGE shower and toilet area are such a nice touch – totally not your typical european bathroom. The one thing that makes this hotel a top pick is the amazing breakfast they serve every morning on floor S1. Its a buffet style with everything you could ever want, including unlimited sparkling rose and wine! Its close to the metro and great shopping at Corte Ingles, also just down the street from Real Madrid stadium.

Poor experience. Unable to check in early without getting the first floor, we asked for higher to avoid noise. After waiting a couple hours we were assigned a room on the 8th, but directly across from the elevator and service corridor. Not quiet. Relocated to a room on 2nd, had to dash for business. In the morning we noted: — a room for two only has one instant coffee(two decaf) — the doors in the loo strike each other — the shower fixture for water temp had no faceplate and was loose — the knob for water was lacking a lever/had an exposed screw to turn it on — the shower wand barely stayed in place because of a broken holder — the ceiling was cracked and moldy around the shower fixture due to leaking from the room above — the security chain isn’t just poorly anchored, it is not attached to the doorjamb — the door bolt throws itself when you are trying to leave the room, preventing the door from closing without manually forcing it I started this over coffee yesterday and had a busy schedule so couldn’t deal with them. I hope to be able to raise the review if things get sorted. We now know the answer is: no apology, «I’m sorry but the hotel is full, we will have to wait until 3pm to see if anyone checks out». Of course tonight is a formal dinner so this will impact both of us getting ready for it. We packed and are waiting for them to either assign us a room someone else has vacated or I’m booking a last-minute room elsewhere. No one should stay in room 265, and in general expect this bathroom design to lead to badness.

I travel abroad a lot and when traveling through out Europe NH brand has quickly become a stand out. This hotel is located in a trendy upscale neighborhood with some very nice options for dinning in walking distance. The hotel is a art deco meets modern twist. Very tastefully decorated. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is very nice with both deep soaker tub and handheld shower or rain head shower. Plus a steam option. The Spa at this property is very impressive. Probably one of the best hotel Spas I have experienced. The hotel offers a full service restaurant and bar that is open late. A really nice room service menu. Also located just 2 blocks from the metro station.

Hotel bem localizado, é próximo ao centro de Madrid e também ao aeroporto. É bem servido com estações de metro e ônibus. Com um pouco de caminhada é possível encontrar restaurantes, bares e um Starbucks. Ainda bem perto, tem o estadio Santiago Bernabeu. No próprio hotel há 3 restaurantes, um clube/spa(com musculação e diversas piscinas) e salas de escritório e convenções. Os quartos são grandes, confortáveis e modernos. Tudo funciona bem e o atendimento também é bem rápido.

They gave me a room that was known to not have working wifi and after 45 minutes on the phone with front desk and tech support, I was told it’s unfixable. Finally they gave me a new room. When I called the next day to ask what time my flight crew was being picked up for the airport the next morning, the front desk staff told me the pick up time for the JFK crew instead of the ATL crew as I had requested. When you’re working a 10 hr flight back to the states, an extra 30 minutes of sleep could have helped. Also, there is no ice machine on the 3rd floor and no signs directing you to where ice machines are located, so you may end up pacing your floor back and forth not time before having to call the lobby to ask where the ice machines are. But when you go to the second floor for ice, there is no up button for the elevator, so you will be beckoned back down to the lobby before being able to go back to your room, which is fine except when you’re dressed in pajamas bc you were expecting just a quick dash to the ice machine before heading to bed. Lastly, the front entrance of the hotel has only stairs, which is inconvenient for anyone with suitcases, which is pretty much everyone checking into the hotel. Breakfast buffet is good, and the staff is very polite, but I’m pretty peeved about being told the wrong pick up time. Rants from a jet lagged flight attendant.

Hotel de 4* cerca del paseo de la castellana, a 5 minutos andando del estadio Santiago Bernabéu. Bien comunicado, por las líneas de autobús 150, 40 y 11, y la parada de metro de la plaza de cuzco, línea 10. En él se celebran multitud de exposiciones y congresos.
