Es genial. Buen desayuno, buen servicio, el personal es sumamente cortés. Las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas y tienen una decoración muy bella. Las camas son confortables y el baño es inmenso.
La ubicación es inmejorable y permite acercarse a los puntos más destacados de Madrid a pie. Cerca del Prado, del Parque del Retiro, de Plaza Mayor, de la estación Atocha, etc.
Además, puedes comer bien y barato en las tabernas que están próximas al hotel.
Vale la pena hospedarse allí.
Tiene habitaciones para fumadores.

My husband and I stayed here for the first leg of our Spain honeymoon in October 2011. Our flight got in early in the morning, so we were unable to get into our room, but the staff was kind enough to hold our bags for us so we could explore during the day.
The check-​in process was smooth, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean (and timely made up each day) and rather spacious for European hotel standards. The best part about the hotel? The location, of course. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (the Prado, the Botanical Gardens, Retiro) and it’s also within walking distance of the train station (Atocha) which was perfect for our day trip to Toledo and for our departure a few days later.
Free wifi in the rooms, which was a plus. Make sure you ask the front desk for a code when you check in. It will work for your entire stay. Additionally, there is a computer on the first floor of the hotel for guest use.
There is a breakfast offering for a nominal fee, but we opted to venture out of the hotel for our breakfast needs.
I’d stay here again in a heart-​beat. The room was clean, staff was accommodating and the location can’t be beat.
