Hmm. this is an okay spot. I think if I were to give advice on what to eat, it would be to eat more tapas, versus anything else.

Buenas tapas, buen servicio, terraza bien protegida del sol, rabo de toro, cecina de León, huevos rotos, bacalao… El menú de fin de semana son 16 euros, y los vale. Recomendable.

This might have been the best paella I had in my three weeks in Spain. The wine and atmosphere might have played a part in that. It was actually the first dinner in Madrid and the weather was nice. Sitting outside there was a lot of excitement and sights to go along with the paella and wine. The waiter was really friendly and even gave us a complimentary drink out of a chocolate cup.
