Came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday dinner. Showed up at 9pm, did not have a reservation but they sat us immediately. It was during the week and they had empty tables all around. Great attentive staff, we were helped more by the bus boys than the actual waiter but we didn’t mind. We ordered their famous lamb, best lamb I’ve ever had, not too gamey, perfect taste and flavor. Combined that with a side of French fries and bread. Also had their chorizo as an appetizer, also delicious. To drink we had a bottle of their baron de la ley wine recommended by the waiter and it was also a great bottle. Overall we had an excellent dining experience all for about $ 100. Definitely recommend if you are in the area

My SO doesn’t eat lamb typically but he raved about this. Order their € 37 set menu and split it between two people! We ordered just one and shared between me and my SO. It was more than enough! We barely finished. Terrific value — comes with a bottle of red wine, appetizer plate(they served us roasted red peppers, chorizo, and black pudding), lettuce and tomato salad, house specialty roasted leg of lamb which they present to your table before they cut up and serve(so good! not at all gamey), our choice of dessert plus one coffee, and a shot each of digestivo with some cookies. They only charged us extra for a basket of bread(which we didn’t even order so –1 just for that) and an extra coffee I ordered. € 42 total for a full course meal for two people with wine.

My wife and I finally tried this place after seeing it all week across from our hotel. I was bummed to discover they had ran out of suckling pig. But that’s ok, we went with the lamb. Amazing! My wife hates lamb because of the gameyness, But she loved this. The bread was the best I’ve ever had, the service amazing and we shared a special that cost 37 euros. It also came with an appetizer, salad, and dessert with port wine. Awesome dinner to end the most awesome vacation I’ve ever had. Oh and we tried botin which was also good, but arranda takes the prize for best food. Thanks restaurant arranda!

It’s almost 5 stars the roast pork is delicious but they are famous for their lamb but I tried since it’s their signature it tastes so good I don’t like lamb after taste nice design old fashion English style very inviting waiters are very friendly.

This place is a hidden gem. Thank goodness for Unilocal,otherwise I’d never find it. Great pork, great appetizers, and wonderful dessert/coffee to end a perfect meal. Best food and best deal in Madrid!!! Wine is good too.

Un sitio muy bonito y con un personal muy agradable. Nos atendieron con gran amabilidad pese a que no llevábamos reserva nos colocaron rápidamente en una mesa muy buena. La primera impresión magnífica, te invita a comer sin duda. Los entrantes de gran calidad pero su cochinillo umm!!! Impresionante!!! Digno manjar. Su bodega no muy grande pero con referencias claves para un restaurante como este. Sí señor magnífico sitio para un almuerza de reyes Y el precio bastante competitivo.

Mi restaurante favorito para comer cordero en madrid, el del centro o el de Diego de León, los dos son exquisitos. El menú degustación perfecto para probar lo mejor de la casa. Cordero asado, costillas de cordero lechal, ensalada de lechuga tomate y cebolla. Y de entrantes, morcilla de Burgos, queso manchego y poco más. Eso si, ve para almorzar porque de cena, soñarás con dinosaurios(demasiado pesado de digerir). Recomendable al 100%

Durante las ultimas 2 semanas he ido dos veces ya que tengo un familiar quedándose muy cerca y le encanta, la atención al principio puede parecer un poco seca por el maitre pero al rato ya ves que es un encanto de Sr aunque con actitud seca. En una de las veces pedimos unas chuletillas y un entrecôte que la verdad puede decir que a mi me gusto muchísimo, por su sabor y de postre unas natillas, sabiendo que a mi no me gustan puede decir que estas estaban muy ricas. La segunda ocasión que fui, que fue ayer pedimos una de morcilla y un cuarto de lechazo asado al horno de leña, las morcillas la encontré bien pero me parece que le faltaba algo no se si sal o que pero algo, igualmente me la comí ya que la morcilla me gusta en todas sus modalidades(dulce, salada, con cebolla, etc) el Lechazo si que estaba muy muy rico. De postre pedí una mus de chocolate que estaba buena pero no la mejor del mundo. Todos sus camareros la verdad es que se han portado genial con nosotras. De precio pues para estar donde esta ubicado tiene un precio de Asador.
