This place is spot-​on! Tapas are really tasty and authentic. Ingredients are top notch and prices are reasonable. You can order a set of 4 or 6 and they are discounted. Tapas can also be upsized to make it an entrée, but that would defeat the purpose, no? The point is to taste as many as possible.
We had the cold tomato soup, sushi iberico (actually ham), calamares, Callo (tripe), and pork cheek stew (really delicious). All dishes excellent.
We ate here twice — very convenient location on the NW corner of Plaza Mayor. Oh, and excellent service and really good sangria.
Definitely recommended, non-​touristy spot in the most touristy neighborhood. A real gem. And the FIlipina staff really took care of us.

I came here at the suggestion of my Lonely Planet guide book. Nice interior, friendly staff, incredibly generous portions of food, but my mother and I both found our dishes to be a tad too salty.
My mother and I both got different soups to start: she got their cream of vegetable soup (which was excellent), and I got their garlic soup, which was also tasty, but a tad bit too salty. My mother got a chicken dish that was being offered as part of their lunch special deal for the day, but she said it was too salty. I felt the same way about my pisto dish. I guess not every place we venture into will be a 4 – 5 star dining experience. Oh well.

My wife and I came here with 2 other couples for dinner. Our local guide recommended the place and said that this is the only restaurant inside Plaza Mayor that will treat tourists with respect. We ordered the paella, callos and some tapos and we were very impressed! Joel our waiter was very nice and took great care of us! We loved it so much we came back the next day for lunch. Our Filipina waitress Ida took great care of us, Thanks Joel and Ida for the great food and awesome ambiance. 5 Stars.
