Pub Fondo Reservado

This may or may not be the name that is on the outside of the door — but this is the location of the best place I have ever been in my life. If there was a way to give this place more than 5 stars, I would do it.
We went to this place because it seemed like a nice place to hang out and get some wine and some grub. It was a Thursday night, so it wasn’t too busy, and we sat down at the bar to have some wine. The wine was amazing, but the staff is where this place shines. The bartender started to bring us tapas, and then more tapas, and then finally we wanted to order some food. We got the best salad that I have ever ever had in my entire life. It had mixed greens, cheese, bacon, fruit, and a reduced balsamic for the dressing. So many other goodies too, but I cannot name them all. Too too good. We asked them about a cool place to go see Flamenco, and they set us up with an excellent show down the street for the next night.
This place is the coolest bar I have ever entered. There are other tourists hanging out there, and they weren’t treated with quite the love and care that we were… but the staff is for sure nice to everyone. When we went back on Friday after the show (the bartender asked that we tell him how the show was) and it was much busier. We were still treated like king and queen. More food, and while we couldn’t get as much attention because of how busy they were, we still felt so welcome and happy.
I honestly cannot say enough awesome things about this place. I want to live in Granada just so that I can go to this place as often as I want. Dreamers can dream…
