We passed by this place on Carrera Darro when we were walking back from Sacromonte, and the menu looked quite extensive and not too expensive so we went. There are a lot of tapas! My friend ordered sangria and it was pretty good as well, though you don’t get to choose the tapa with the drink. I ordered the Spanish omelette, which is basically a thick potato pancake, sauteed wild mushrooms, and homemade croquettes. The croquettes were really good! I’m not entirely sure what they’re made of, but they’re deep fried so the outside is crispy while the inside is a mixture of meat and other ingredients I believe. All this cost € 10.55, and I was really full by the end. A bit expensive in my opinion, but definitely worth trying!

Good place. We went when it was empty. Decent place for a stop on your tapas tour. Sandwiches were okay but the sauce was good. Cheap.

We were staying at an AirBNB up the street from this place and were unsure about going in at first. We’re so happy we did! While we never saw the place packed, don’t let it deter you from going in! First off, the sandwich we were given with our drinks was SOOOO good. The one they chose for us was better than the one we ordered for ourselves! We were quite pleased with the food and drink for dinner, so much so that the next morning we went there again for breakfast :) It’s a small shop(when we went in the evening it was just the cook and a waitress, and early the next morning it was just the cook!), but it’s sort of nice because it’s not crazy and it’s easy to get someone’s attention if you need anything. It’s definitely one of those places you might just pass on your way to the more popular area of the city where you might think the food is better, but this place is a gem and definitely worth a try! I would go there even just to have a drink and a sandwich.

Exactly, Excellent service, food and ambiance definitely recommended. This is a nice place to relax enjoy a drink, talk any day. There’s many other locations around but before you choose any come here check it. ask for menu you won’t regret it… Love it. I’m a small businesses SUPPORTER. :-)
