Christmas 2015 dinner. Our first actual outing from arrival. Came here with the family. My cousin reserved us a table since we were a big party of 6 just in case. The place from the outside looks small with just a entrance. Then as soon as you go in it’s like wow big well bigger than expected. We ordered our drinks. I didn’t know they don’t have tap water. I forget it’s not a norm here. These are the little things I have to get use to. We ordered 8 dishes. Which were very good. Minus one of the noodle dish. It was the spicy noodle it was missing something. Maybe more ground meat or just more meat. It wasn’t bad but I doubt I will order it again. The two dumplings were good. Different texture on the prawn one. Outside was a bit more sticky. My peanut noodle dish was very good. That I would go back and get again. The tofu century egg was not what we originally ordered but we kept it anyways. It wasn’t bad but I think it would have been good as a warm dish. I didn’t get to taste the chicken dish but my cousin in law said it was good. Of course the century egg dish was good. It had some pig ear mushrooms with it. This place also serves shabu shabu over € 20. Not bad. Bathroom is clean. Place is clean and they also have WIFI. Street parking. So all in all my Christmas dinner was Delish. But the company made it even better.

Pretty fulfilling hot pot experience. Getting the all-you-can-eat hot pot gets you an entire trolley of food to start with. Definitely a portion of three or more. The soup base is great. If you want to add spicy to the soup, expect it to be really spicy. The quality of the food isn’t top-notch but it’s great for a few hungry friends looking for a nice dinner option. :)

I had my own experience and to be honest I didn’t like it a bit. I visit the restaurants with a friend and we experience the so called famous dish of Olla de Sichuan. Some of the ingredients were almost frozen and the soups had a very strange looking taste(both of them). Honestly speaking I don’t understand the previous ratings people gave to this restaurant. I personally don’t see nothing special to call the the best one in town. Perhaps we were unlucky I don’t know, but one thing I’m sure I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service is poor, prices are not low, the ingredients were not the fresh. Overall it was a very bad experience. Note: some of the restaurant pictures look very professional and can lead to you to have a wrong perception of the final dish.

Restaurante correcto y buena calidad-precio.

Wanted a change in cuisine after being in Barcelona for 4 days. Came across this place quite by accident. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. Have to say — the food was way better than we expected. The dandan noodles wee really good — but could have used more spice(my spice tolerance is extremely high). There was a dish called spicy gofu(instead of tofu) — it was phenomenal. So were the spicy crab legs. Kids got shrimp fried rice and egg rolls — and polished it off. Service was a bit slow — probably because it was a Tuesday night and they only had 2 waitstaff. Both were super sweet — would definitely go again during this 10-day trip

This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in Barcelona. You definitely have to try the«Sichuan hot pot». Basically it is a hot bowl with two different types of broth(go for the Taiwanese flavor, is awesome) served with lots of fresh vegs, meat and fish to cook directly in the broth. Yummy!

We had a TA Cruise starting in Barcelona. We got a head start with three days there. On one day, we were walking around the city and decided to stop in for a quick bite. I am glad we did. The place was clean and inviting, the food excellent and the service outstanding. The missus had a nice large bowl of soup, I went with a nice beef and rice. Of course we had to do the dumplings. We now know when we are in town, we will be going there. The staff were so attentive! If you are in Barcelona and want a change of pace, walk the extra few blocks off La Rambla and check L’olla de Sichuan out!

Impresionante! De postre unas naranjas cortadas a gajos y café e infusiones. Todo, por 18 euros por persona. Perfecto para comidas y cenas de amigos.
