After 6 days of tapas, I do crave for asian food. Food flavor is good! Service is nice. I finished everything. However, for seafood/beef soon du boo there r only 3 clams, that’s it. Hope they could be generous a lit bit.

Not many people were here when I got in on Sunday night. I can see couple of Koreans eating here so it might be pretty legit. It turned out that it was a pretty good place for kbbq. The quality of meat was really good and fresh. One thing I am a little bit disappointed was kimchi. Personally I believe I can get better kimchi from any supermarket. Price, eh. Also a little bit expensive(or maybe I just have a big stomach). Anyway, this is definitely one of the best place for kbbq in Barcelona. And, don’t let those top kbbq place back in U.S. spoiled you!

I’ve lived with a Korean for 30 years, this is really good authentic korean food. we were rejected when they thought we couldn’t speak Spanish or korean, but when I tried my horrible korean and asked for a table then one was made available. Very tasty and clean.

I hate to do this to my fellow Korean peeps, but this place was way overrated by previous Unilocalers. I’ve had hundreds of Korean restaurant meals in the US(West and East coast), Korea, Middle East, even Africa. I am not a food snob and I want to give people the benefit of the doubt because I know the restaurant business is not easy. We had our usual tapas in Barcelona so we were craving some Korean flavor. Our family decided to go for lunch, and we were quite disappointed with the service and food. Supposedly they were short staffed due to the holidays, which I can excuse(there were other local patrons frustrated with the slow, inattentive service). But the food was definitely meh, which is really hard to excuse. The squid bbokum was the most flavorful dish we ordered, the hwe dup bab(sushi bowl) was OK. The dduk bboki was OK, but 12 euro for a mini tapas sized portion(seriously) and another 11 euro plus for a small order of jja jang myun(black bean noodles)?!? Barcelona has great seafood and fresh produce, so it was a shame that we overspent for a very mediocre lunch. If you are desperate for Korean flavor, go for it. But be ready to spend way too much for just OK Korean food.

As far as Korean food goes in other countries, this is the real deal. Quite possibly the best bibimbap I’ve ever had(I’ve had many in New York and Tokyo), and the kimchi and other small plates were just so scrumptious. I came back a second time and had a raw fish bowl with vegetables and rice, which was very tasty as well. Also, the prices are great and there is plenty of seating with a nice ambiance.
