Fona

The service her is the worst. They are very not attentive. There are so many employees just hanging around doing nothing, and they are not attentive to any of the customer needs. They told me there is a rebate but does not explain what is needed for the rebate. When I called on the phone the butik number, they did not pick up. It was assumed that they were busy so I called the next day and none of the departments picked up. I went by the store just an hour before and they were definitely not busy. Definitely lazy workers. I got so frustrated that I called Fona at Storcenter Nord in Aarhus and they picked up right away and tried to help me as best as possible. I would definitely not recommend going to one in Amager Centret.
