The SAS frequent traveler lounge at Kastrup(the one upstairs) used to be pretty good but what has happened is that they gradually made it worse while improving the other lounges at their other main airports(Arlanda and Gardemoen) They provide a range of newspapers and magazines as well as access to free wifi(which is on the other hand offered all throughout the airport nowadays) and computers and printers. The issue these days are that in around 15 – 20 visits the past 6 months there have been no Swedish newspapers and on one instance an English otherwise just Danish newspapers. The food selection is usually still decent and can range from hot dogs, to salads, sandwiches and soups but I can often find something to eat here. Issue is that it is often a mess and when things run out it may take 30 minutes before refilled. Drinks are of course also free of charge and while not very exciting it is still good. They also have showers that can be booked and used if one feels the need for it before traveling on. The showers and bathrooms are however often filthy so it seems they have just let this lounge slide. I most of the time try to go into the Business lounge instead — since the entry is with gates it is usually no problem as the gates just sense if you are eligible to enter any SAS lounge.
