I think they make their own egg noodles. So the result is very thin noodles that hold their texture. Chilli is good and make the whole bowl full of flavour. Soup is very tasty and full bodied! Yum! Dumplings are done with pride. Chunks of water chestnuts to make the dumplings taste light in the palate! Sure to return!!!

Was craving for their special full egg noodle suddenly that I had decided to make a return to their stall but this time round I had ordered its Sui Jiao(Dumplings) Noodles instead. The man who was busying preparing the ingredients for their noodles had paused his job and served me while his wife took over the stove to prepared the food for me. Service overall is good with a friendly thanks after transaction had cleared. I had seen the noodles was cooked repeatingly and the lady had it tossed in the air. For the moment I was stunned by her actions and skills as I thought it was abit exaggerating. Besides having its special egg noodle that was springy than the normal Mee Kia we had, the dumplings skin was slippery and fillings was fragrant. The minced meat had crunchy chestnuts bits included which gave a refreshingly taste to the dumplings. It makes me feel like buying a bowl of dumplings soup. All was good but the lacking part was its soup, it tasted abit too salty for me. Nevertheless, their Dumplings Noodle as well as wanton mee scores! Best to eat them with chilli, shiok! Cost: $ 3.50
