This outlet is located within the 321 Clementi. I am not sure if Xin Wang is in general not a popular place or if it was just a slow night for them but this place was sadly empty for a Saturday evening dinner time. But, it was better for us with a baby anyway. First of all, their menu is so elaborate with advertisements and promotions that you have to spend at least 15 minutes just sorting out brochures to figure out which is the real menu. The ordering is typical HK/Taiwan style where you fill in a form with your order. Since it was pretty empty, our order were taken and served pretty fast. I tried the papaya soup with fish noodle. The soup base was delicious — you can really taste all the ingredients. However, for almost $ 12 a bowl, the amount of fish in the dish was kinda stingy. Comfortable seatings and decent staffs, I would visit again if I am in the area.
