Didn’t know that they’ve had 3 branches! I’m a fan of this porridge stall. They serve well cooked porridge that is piping hot. You almost thought you’re eating baby food! porridge is gooey and really cooked for a long time. I ordered the century egg and pork porridge. I’ve no complaints except that some slices of pork was a little tough. I just love the way how the hawker used the fried dough or fritters to decorate the porridge. Those were fresh fried fritters with a good crust on it. Simple things like the neat way to cut the fritters in a round shape just shows the spirit of excellence. Good job and good comfort food for the day!
