twelve cupcakes

Amazing cupcakes! So good we went back before our flight to get a second box to eat on the way home. We tried a few other cupcake shops while in Singapore and these were definitely the best. So fresh, moist and the flavours were interesting and delicious. I loved that the flavour was all the way through the cake and not just the frosting, as so many cupcakes are. Favourites were the red velvet, triple chocolate, strawberry vanilla, peanut butter, green-​tea and the lychee. We also really wanted to try the whoopie pies but were told they weren’t available as the menu was changing? Hopefully next time!
Tip: This is one of the larger stores with café seating but we did have trouble finding it. It is located just off the Somerset MRT escalators; you can’t see it easily but walk up a little and it is tucked away in the corner.

I’ve had a few cupcakes around Singapore and they are either way too big or too sweet. Twelve cupcakes are beautiful and taste as good as they look! I love the vanilla chocolate & the red velvet both with cream cheese icing, yum! They also have unusual flavors like PB jelly, green apple, & Earl grey.
Service is friendly and efficient. $ 3.20 per cupcake and 3 for $ 9, good for take away. Full coffee bar as well for the perfect pairing.
Will be coming back for more!
