Their outlet at Robertson Walk is really convenient for me, as I will be working nearby soon. Most recently, I also visited their new establishment at Guthrie House. The lady instructor was patient and kind in explaining how to use the Reformer to a newbie like myself. She also taught me exercises to correct my mild flat feet, which sometimes causes my back to ache if I do not walk properly.
The 2 other students in my class were pleasant, and the overall experience in this quiet sanctuary was a positive one. They even stock my favourite popsicle of all time, Popaganda! Which is a healthy version of ice-​cream, being gluten-​free with no preservatives, plus it has really exciting flavour mash-​ups such as matcha-​mango etc. Group classes cost $ 450 for 10 sessions, each session lasting an hour. Private classes are slightly more expensive at $ 1150 for 10 sesions, but it also means you get the undivided attention of the instructor.
