Expected a lot more from this but it’s not as interesting as it’s advertised. Came on a Sunday afternoon. There wasn’t any queue and the venue is relatively empty. The experience is fair but the backdrops weren’t as fun as I thought it would be. Completed the whole journey in 45mins. Not a venue that I’ll visit again in the near future unless there’s a major overhaul of the backdrops.

This is a fun place for families and anyone. It was not so crowded when we got there around 1230pm on Saturday. It got a bit more packed in the later part of the day. We spent an enjoyable 3 hours taking pictures with almost all the exhibits. If you are not a fan of photography or taking picture of everything, then you could probably finish it in 30 minutes or so and find it boring. It is amazing how the artwork is made to create an illusion. Photography is highly encouraged inside the museum and there is also free wi-fi(under the wireless@sg thing) for you to post to social media. There is a bit of crowd control by the staff in allowing people into the museum to make it enjoyable for everyone. That may explain a line as they let people in when it is not too crowded in the first section of the museum. But certain areas may be crowded when people move off slower than expected. Just be patient and soon you will be able to get a clear shot of the exhibit with you in it.

There’s only so much to see and do in singapore. Eating is a whole different story, there is an endless list of places to eat, but relatively few places to entertain yourself. My cousin suggested the Alive museum at suntec city(coincidentally there’s a similar exhibit at sentosa too). The Alive museum as a whole was better than I expected it to be. After an hour long wait in line, my cousin and I spent 1 – 2 hours exploring the«art» exhibits. This is not your run of the mill art museum. It’s interactive and encourages you to take cool photos. There are even signs on the wall showing you how to pose for the optimum photo. We had a lot of fun, it was great cousin bonding time. My only complaint was the long waits. There were a ton of families, with their kids running around too, so I’d suggest to go when it’s les crowded. For S$ 25, you get a ton of great photos and a very unique experience. You also get a free Burger King meal(Burger King is right next door).
