WAITINGTIME: QUICK Waiting time for the food was short. Food came in less than a minute but might be because there were nobody(330pm) so i am not so sure about peak hours. ATMOSPHERE: NICE Spacious & clean surroundings with nearly no one during off peak hours so great for studying or a group lunch as there is plenty of space. FOOD&PRICE: DISAPPOINTING Its been awhile since i came to Texas Chicken and i am surprised how much their food standards have fell. The chicken was bland and flavourless. Mot mentioning looking limp & were very small sized(1⁄3 of my hand) I had to dip the chicken for some taste. The skin was definitely NOT crispy like how they advertised. It was soggy & it wasn’t warm it was 3 cold pieces of chicken tenders. The biscuit was also too soft & plain. Definitely a disappointment. Even though the mashed potatoes were good, i would be expecting the chicken & signature biscuits to be better. For $ 7.20 it was definitely NOT worth it & i even up sized my meal for an extra $ 1.70($ 8.90). OVERALLEXPERIENCE: Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

Ohhh i love me some Texas Chicken. Whilst waiting on a stopover in Singapore to return home. I decided to go to the food court and grab a bite. I couldn’t not try some Texas Chicken. I had one of the spicy wraps, in a menu combo. The wrap was really nice. Very spicy and the chicken was delicious. The chips that came alongside were horrible. So I left them aside and just enjoyed the wrap. It was well priced. I should have complained about the chips. but at this point I was getting full and didn’t really want to take another gamble for new chips. The wrap made up for it. Definitely worth a try if your at the airport and want something greasy and delicious.

This is mostly a «Hey look what I found in Singapore review». I certainly did not expect to find Church’s Chicken here. Don’t be fooled by the Texas Chicken name. This is Church’s Chicken. The same logo. The same greasy fried chicken that I have enjoyed so many times before. I’ve always been a Church’s fan. So, this was a pleasant surprise. Plus, this outlet is so close to where I work, double bonus. Not only that, unlike that other big US based fried chicken chain, Texas Chicken has maintained their biscuits here. For eating in, there is a large and well kept seating area. The staff at this Texas Chicken is friendly. The service is relatively fast. They pack the take-away orders very neatly. I also enjoy their BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches. So yes, I’ve been to this Texas Chicken multiple times for lunch. After all, I am a southern boy and I do love my fried chicken. Is it healthy — no! But it is not supposed to be. Is it good? Well, I think so. I will be back.
