4 stars for being open past 10pm for procrastinating gift shoppers like myself.
Started panicking when all the stores started shuttering their storefronts around 9:45pm but trusty good ol’ Tangs VivoCity did not disappoint and had their doors wide open for all laggard shoppers to make that last minute purchase.

I like Tangs Vivocity for the different brands it carries, especially Martina Pink, and its home section. There’s always interesting stuff to find here, even though unique things do come at a higher price.

Tangs is not your usual departmental store. Instead of targeting homemakers, Tangs targets the younger crowd with an array of trendy brands. Some of these brands include FCUK, Nixon, Fred Perry etc. The kitchenware sold at Tangs is also steered towards the younger crowd with bright colors and minimalist design aesthetics. Do also check out the Tangs card for further discounts and rewards!

Tangs is one of those departmental with a variety of funky stuff for the elderly to the young and stylish.
They have brought in Asian designers brands and street brands such as Tokidoki before and shoes like Melissa and even the limited edition Gareth Pugh X MAC collection.
I guess this is why Tangs is so successful because they always bring in a lot of interesting new brands into their stores.
