Lamb was an abomination to the fine art of kebabs and borderline animal abuse. Seriously, I haven’t had more tasteless dish at an Indian restaurant in, well, ever. Garlic naan was oily and felt like it’s been served to another customer two days ago. Waiter was nice, but reeked of sweat. Much like breaking up via SMS, the entire ordeal was quite disappointing.

I’m a regular, and think this place deserves at least a 4 star rating. The ambiance is nice, the complimentary pappadams with mint sauce they serve delicious and I’ve never been able to fault any of their tandoori items. Try the ginger spiced chicken tikka, it’s one of my favorites. Also love the mulligatawny soup.

3 stars to me means I would come back but it’s not so good that I would recommend it. Like the location outside my hotel at Village Hotel Albert Court in the courtyard. Very relaxing. Mutton dishes are very good and the garlic nan is delicious. I ate here three times due to convenience and the food was good. The tandoori chicken is too dry in my opinion.

This is our regular upscale-ish Indian restaurant. Tasteful outdoor seating in Albert court with candles on table. Good, consistent North Indian food, at reasonable prices. Papadam and mint yoghurt complementary just after you sit. Authentic fresh naan. Tandoori items are excellent. Decent number of Indian families always eating here. Service is flawless. Its not fine quality food, but it gets enough right to come back many times a year.

The veggie somosas are great! The molikofta is very good. The saag paneer is boring and bland. I have to give up on saag in this country.
