If you’re looking for a top of the line facility then I would definitely recommend this spa. There’s an indoor heated whirlpool, sauna, steam room, ice chip fountain and a hot jacuzzi outside. Both times I’ve gone everything seemed to be stocked and cleaned so there’s no ick factor in the showers or locker room. My only problem is the service. I’ve had 2 massages and the famous Bastien Gonzalez mani/pedi. Both masseurs seemed to be rushing through the massage. Rubbing vigorously without any connection with muscles it really seemed like they were poorly trained if at all. What should have been a relaxing massage just turned in to me waiting 60 minutes for it to end. The mani/pedi is ok. You basically are paying an obscene price to have your nails buffed. I tried it once and it just wasn’t for me. Would I go back? Probably not.

LUXE spa-cation! If you don’t have the time to travel to a destination spa, finding a spa that has the amenities that you can use for a few hours or an entire day is so worth the money. I spent an entire afternoon here. I got the 90 minute deep tissue massage(it was awesome — my legs feel so much lighter and less sore since my massage last week) and spent the afternoon lounging around reading magazines, hanging out in both whirlpools, steam sauna, ice bath, and dry sauna. Loved it!

My all-time-fave spa venue whenever I am in need for a good massage. I have reviewed on Chi Spa earlier and as I mentioned that Remede Spa is ranked top in comparison. The bespoke spa facilities and a list-long spa menu that wows you with its wide varieties of spa treatments, customised packages is unbelievable. The salon uses renowned Laboratoire Remede(LR) skincare products put together by the French/Swiss chemist, I love its unique blend and scent every time after each use. Perhaps I am accustomed to this particular fragrance that it soothes my mind instantly whenever I caught a whiff in the shower room. The 3 spacious shower room was each walled with huge slate tiles — deep warm hue that gave a sense of harmony with complete calmness. I will visit it twice during each appointment, prior and after my treatment. you will know why when u are here. Equipped with rain shower jet, you could simply adjust the water temperature using the knob built in the wall right opposite. LR products — Shower gel, Shampoo and conditioner were provided in each shower room — mini sized [they have shrank the content in my last visit :-(] The locker area is spacious with probably 10 compartments. You will find the bathing suit, disposable room slippers, shower cap and undergarment in your locker and you may choose to do your changing here or in the shower area to protect your modesty. I suggest you arrive an hour earlier to enjoy the spa facilities before your treatment begins. I especially like the hydro-massage pool to sit against the underwater jets and allowing the warmth in the water to soothe my tiring torso. It was big enough to share but usually I had the entire whirlpool to myself, no crowding issue which was one of the reasons I like about coming to Remede spa. There is a pair of Heated Wave Loungers here in the wet lounge, ergonomically designed by the physiotherapist, it is done in natural stone that comes with a heating system to relieve any muscle pain. The friendly spa personnel will walk you through the area and introduce the facilities during your first visit, making sure that you know how to operate the Steam Chambers, Finnish Sauna, Rain Shower or even how to use the Ice fountain after a hot sauna/steam bath. Take time to walk or sit quietly at the Spa garden, an outdoor area next to the Hydro-massage pool. Enjoy some space by yourself and breathe some fresh air even though there’s no splendid scenery to dream on. Do not worry about missing your appointment time to your treatment. Your therapist will come looking for you. After a few visit and having a regular therapist, my therapist knows where to locate me 5 minutes before the scheduled time. lol. The modern treatment room is neat and clean even though they are not astonishing luxurious-looking. Single occupancy or couple suites, the have a total of not more than 10 if I recalled correctly. I truly enjoyed the Warm Jade Stone Massage that uses smooth China’s Jade stones soaked in warm water prior applying pressure rubs on your body and wrap up with a cold wipe at the end of the session. Very stimulating!!! I have also tried the customised massage and the Remede Alchemy Facial with light fruit peeling which proves to be effective in bringing radiant on my skin. If you are sensitive to any facial products, please indicate on the questionnaire form which you will need to fill up during the first visit at the front desk. After the treatment, take a moment to sit at the waiting area where you will be served either hot tea or champagne of your choice, plus a small tray of chocolates. 3s is enough to bring joy. I liked to gaze at the mini aquarium next to the couch, at times, reading a magazine available on the rack for half an hour before I zoom into the shower again =) That’s how my spa ritual goes every time I am at Remede. So, now u know my secret routine lol. Make sure, you ring them to book your appointment in advance. Weekend slots are hard to get especially during festive and peak period. Usually, the crowd comes from in-house guest than walk-ins. Happy spa-ing!!!
