This place was featured on television and apparently it’s the best deep fried wonton noodle house. Too bad I wasn’t hungry when I got here because the noodles were actually really good. The sauce is made with duck sauce of some sort and it tastes kinda like the hk rice dishes but with noodle. There is char siu(bbq pork) and vegetables, as well as the fried wonton. The fried wonton is pretty small and has more skin than filling. the dish comes with soup that tastes pretty good. I don’t LOVE it, but it’s definitely good.

Sunshine plaza is my go to place if I have any printing to be done and often, I’d have to wait while my name cards or posters get printed. The crispy wanton mee here is often my choice of food while waiting. Don’t be confused about the name of the stall, although it says Parklane, it’s located at Sunshine Plaza. Looking at the walls, this eatery has been featured more than a few times by television food programmes. Fried wantons are the winners on the menu these deep fried, crunchy little devils are so yummy that I normally find myself eating more than I planned. I do find that they could be a little more generous with wanton filling. The only downside is that the pricing is just slightly hire than hawker centres for the same dish but you do get air conditioning and the rental is higher for the business owner. There are two units available for sitting here and after ordering, you’ll be served your food. A modest little place for very casual meets. Remember to display your parking coupons while parking in the public lots. This area is notorious for issuing parking tickets.
