1. They took on a repair job that they were not confident in and it resulted in a loss for both parties. I sent in a cracked phone so it seemed fairly complicated. As I was leaving for a flight the following day, I opted for a more convenient option to repair my phone here instead of the service centre itself (which was cheaper, obviously more professional, and would take only 3 days). It was a decision that I regret as it resulted in more complex issues with the phone and me getting an entirely new phone altogether. I spent nearly a month with a crappy old phone as they attempted to fix several times due to errors of the screen, the screen itself cracking etc. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ON REPAIR JOBS YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH.
2. So my dad had charging issues with his phone and they wrongfully diagnosed as a spoilt cable. The issue was with the phone software itself. Upon demanding a refund for their sale of their cable and adaptor worth $ 20 something, they were keen to jump to their defence. Yes, my dad did agree to purchase your worthless cable (I had once bought from you but it was spoilt within a week despite treating it with utmost care so that says a lot about your quality) but your diagnose was wrong which led him to the purchase. Please be more respectable with your dealing as you guys are really rip offs.

I’ve not really bought stuff from here before — but I got my mobile phone fixed here — and they did an amazing job! It’s a store that’s on the ground floor — and has quite a good space for advertising and promotion. They sell phone parts, earphones, covers, cases and other cell phone memorabilia.
What I Love: They have quite a few staff managing the store — and that’s great, as you don’t have to wait at all — to get their attention. They are very efficient, and for my mobile phone, they took like 2 days to fix it? Which was wayy over my expectation. It only cost $ 50 and they did a spot on job. They are very popular among folks who wanna get calling cards, and battery chargers, etc. From what I know, their prices are negotiable — so you can bargain! I love that you can actually bargain for hardware stuff! It’s SO cool. Hahah.
What I Don’t Love: Absolutely nothing! ;D
