Been living in Loyang Villas for about 7 – 8 years now. There’s a lot to like about this community of houses — sandwiched between Tampines and Pasir Ris — its pretty much a town of its own — small, but with a lot of character.
What I Love: You’ll see children trick or treating during Halloween, people having their own in house parties, families celebrating together — people walking their dogs — its a community filled with a lot people who get along and do their own thing. The houses are spacious, there are quite a few designs, some with a few more floors, and they are basements and attics, and underground spaces. You have a lot of privacy and you’re pretty much by your own. It’s not crazy crowded like Tampines & Bedok.
What I Don’t Love: It is pretty much far away from everywhere else. Takes forever to get to town or to other places.
