This is not the lor mee you are looking for. Prior to mid 2014 the lor mee in this unit here was awesome. The sauce was thick and rich, the crispy bits stayed crispy even overnight(if separated from the sauce) and the various meat bits were juicy and delectable. That previous stall has since closed due to health problems of the owners and this one has taken its place. And it’s awful. The sauce is watery and flavourless. The ingredients are limp and tasteless. Any lor mee you can find in a hawker centre would beat this swill. Stay away at all costs!

Very delicious Lor mee… I’m lucky enough not to line up for hours like the last time i did! Remind me of my childhood fave time eating lor mee with my sister

Very ‘memorable’ Lor Mee. Can’t stop thinking abt it after I had it. With the right amount of garlic, chilli and vinegar, the gooey soup is absolute delectable. This stall’s version has all my favourite ingredients in a bowl. Fishcake, Lor Bak, etc. Do expect a queue:) Closes ard 3pm.

Very yummy lor mee. Good mix of ingredients, definitely worth a first try and you’ll be back for more. Noodles are springy, the pork slices fragrant. Vinegar and garlic with chilli combo is pure heaven. The crunchy bits of the pork chop adds another dimension to this dish. The queue can be very long during their peak hours, but it’s worth waiting! order their $ 3.50 more ingredient. The person(middle-age woman) was not really friendly and seem impatient to listen to my orders… and she made my noodle choice by mistake… I was alerted enough to correct her in time but she gave me a kind look. Maybe their business is too good that they over look the customer service factor. Would still go to them for lor mee though, thats how good it is. It totally changed my perception of starchy sticky noodles. A must try though i stay in the north east.
