Tucked in a corner near one of the mall’s many exits, it’s a way to lure you in to have some chickens before you head home. Although every time I came here, it’s always their ‘KFC a.m.’ time. Hence the reason why I guess most of the staffs were not readily prepared to serve their first customers. The one that served us did almost everything herself. Punched in the order, then went back into the kitchen for a while, came out to prepare the drinks and so on… Usually the standard practice I noted in KFC is how the counter girl would shout out at their colleagues in the kitchen with the new order. Although I never liked their egg tarts. They’re way too oily. Why are their egg tarts oily? Why? It’s the same in all their outlets. They should really improve the recipe for that one.
