Katong Yong Tau Foo

This was one of the first places I had yong tau foo and even though the first time I had it was probably 10 years ago, I can still fondly recall the taste of the soup when I first drank it. It was something new to me but I really enjoyed the food.
That was the first of many occassions where I would go back just to eat the yong tau foo. I even brought my family to try one day and they loved it as well. The selection of ingredients is quite normal but it really is the soup that makes the dish special. Its flavoured wonderfully with the soya beans and not overly salty.
