Love the location as it never gets too crazy busy like those locations near the MRT.

The Golden Village at Great World City is one of the places to watch a movie if you are near the city area. However, this cinema is as packed as any other theaters in the heart of Orchard Road, so do not head straight to GV Grand if you are thinking of getting last minute tickets on a weekend!
One of the best GVs around in my opinion — the seats and toilet is quite clean. The popcorns taste quite fresh as well, thanks to the large long crowds queuing for popcorn. Sometimes, i would rather buy popcorn at B1 from Garret’s as GV popcorn isn’t exactly cheap anyway.
The thing i dislike most about GV theaters is their ticketing system. You can never select your own seats as every outlet does not provide a screen for you to choose.

GV Grand is one of my favourite places to catch a movie. It’s pretty central for me and has a good selection of F&B options as well as retail amenities.
The seats are really comfortable and there’s usually a good selection of the latest movies available.
