Fong Kee Delicacies

I have only tried the pot-​stickers (guo-​tie) and they are flavorful and juicy. Be careful of the broth seeping out as you bite it.
Everything is handmade at the stall and u can see them kneading the flour and shaping the dumplings.
$ 6 for 10 dumplings. Add $ 0.30 for takeaway box.

Fong Kee is famous for their Pan Fried Dumpling (Guo Tie). The dumplings are filled with minced meat and chives and it is nicely pan fried. Every mouthful you take, the sauce will ooze out. It is very tasty, meaty and flavorful. It goes very well with the vinegar, shredded ginger and chili. You can’t stop when you pop it in your mouth.
The store do sell other simple handmade dishes like steamed dumplings, dough skin soup, zha jiang noodles and fried nan giao (rice cakes). Limited items but very delicious dishes.
