One of my favorite restaurants to meet with friends. They have private room for group. Food is always fresh and good and staff friendly. You can order anything here and you will not be disappointed. Try their Mocha tiramisu for dessert, it’s lovely.

Tips: — Make a reservation — Starve yourself before you come — Order the sashimi and shabu shabu The sashimi here is surprisingly fresh for buffet standards. I was surprised that they also offer shabu shabu as part of the buffet option on top of the pretty comprehensive ala carte menu comprising of many deep fried/grilled items. Definitely well worth the price if you’re a big eater!

Decent food, a little expensive but you can have your fill of unlimited food and beer! If you have something to celebrate, this might be a good place for it. It’s got warm lighting and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Buffets on weekdays are 48++ and if you want unlimited(selected) booze it’s $ 35 per person for 2 hours. On my last visit, I enjoyed sitting outside and just having a nice time unwinding and having the pleasure of good company and watching the cars go by. I wouldn’t go there on weekends because you just don’t get the same level of service when every one is busy busy. If you’re driving, in which case, please don’t get the unlimited booze option… don’t bother looking for street parking. Chances are, you won’t be able to get a public spot. Go straight to the garage and pay for entry on location.

En Dining has another outlet on River Valley, but the one here, that has a cozy and warm interior as well as the choice of al fresco is much quieter for a last minute dinner out. Food here is good and prices are reasonable. You would expect to pay $ 30 per person. What does make me go back is the unagi fried rice with a slight char and smky flavour. Mark of a good fried rice as my grandma has advised me since I was a kid. The unagi sauce doesn’t appear ot be an after thought, garnishing the fried rice, but incorporated and married to the dish, taking it to a whole new level. Rice grains were whole and not mushy, and the unagi pieces were substantial not too overpowering since it is a rice dish afterall. I had this with the wafu steak and that made a really satisfying dinner. The wafu steak was grilled well, with a good robust sauce that seasons the meat well. A slight caramelization takes place around the edges of the steak, just enough to give the meat a subtle garlic flavour finish, yet still allowing the meatiness to shine through. If you need that Japanese fix sorted, like I do and happen to be around, pop by and get a seat, it is usually okay for a small group between 2 – 4. Any more than that, reservations would be a smarter option to avoid disappointment.
