Absolutely the best local desserts store to go to! The Chendol is heavenly! The coconut cream is not too heavy and the gula melaka is just nice. Most of all, the green Chendol is homemade so it does not have that artificially green transparent look. We bought other desserts too and everyone love them all! A must go if you are craving for local desserts.

Just visited this stall to get desserts in the middle of 35c afternoon. Unfortunately the chendol is sold out. Nevertheless got to try their chng tng. indeed it was heavenly. Not too sweet, yet full of authentic ingredients. Perfect to crush the thirst.

Looking at the prices of the desserts they offer. They are reasonably priced and with a huge variety of desserts! They had 3 friendly staff all in uniform that churned out the desserts quickly. Hence there wasn’t a line whereas the next door fish ball noodle had a snaking queue. I read that the owner goes to Melaka to buy the Chendol jelly and I believe this. The colour of the jelly is a pale green compared to a bright green which is the normal colour of the Chendol jelly at most desserts. I’m guessing those are the factory produced Chendol jelly with more artificial colour ones. The gula melaka in this dessert was also very fragrant and authentic! My parents who missed the good olé Chendol from Melaka will be back here on a routine basis now that we have found a hidden gem in the Toa payoh neighborhood!
