I went here to purchase a few plants and had an absolutely terrible experience. First, they said they offer free delivery, but only after you spend a certain amount. That amount kept changing while I was shopping. It started under $ 150 and then got higher as I shopped. They were just trying to get me to purchase more and more. It was a really sleazy sales tactic. Even worse, they damaged one of my plants when they delivered it. When I reported it and sent them pictures of the damage, their employee, Winston Sum, yelled at me and accused me of lying. Lying about what?! It was surreal. He was incredibly hostile and unprofessional. I strongly urge people to AVOID this place.
