Too cool for school bicycle shop on sleepy Siglap Drive. Find them on the 2nd level of the building. The first level is Coast and Company, a café, workshop, and bicycle repair space. From the looks of Facebook, it appears the upstairs Coast Cycles operate separately from Coast and Company, hence the separate Unilocal listings.(I may or may not have accidentally merged them together. #YelpSinner) When I visited, the team just came back from some competition in the US, so not all of the bicycles were in the showroom. The ones I did see were the type with wide tires and best used for short distances. You can also use them for riding on the sand(hello, East Coast Park!) They do offer a some bicycles for longer distances, though they seemed the minority. Prices range from about $ 1000 – 2000, and you can even outfit them with children’s seats(some for as young as 9 months, to at most, 5 years old.) The sales guy I spoke with was very friendly and non-pushy. I’d recommend for anyone who’s serious about getting a beautiful bicycle!
