Terrible service. The manager has his head up his ass. My mates and I were the only people willing to buy a bottle, but they were cheaping out on the mixers(2 Cans of coke!!!). Well, they succeeded in turning a $ 300 bill to $ 100. Secondly, when we ordered some potato wedges and onion rings, they forgot the dipping sauce. And when we reminded them, they literally threw some sauce packets in our direction. Like this is Mcdonalds. Good job on that as well. Really condescending staff and owner. Would not recommend, regardless of how drunk you might be.

Stopped by Alegro late Friday night for some beer and wings. Limited drinks menu. They have a good promo on buckets of beer which was nice. The food was meh, nothing to write home about, but filled our bellies. Overall good experience, affordable. OK value for money. Would recommend. Would come back.

Been there with some office people and it’s a really great place for after working hours. The churros were delicious and we also had chicken wings and nuggets. The variety of drinks make it even better, a lot to choose from. We had a good time there and the staff was very friendly as well! Definitely a place to visit again in the near future.

Late night spot in Clark Quay to have a drink to watch the action at night where friendly people and great times are had. Service and the food are also good with churros and great fried chicken. The drinks can be a bit expensive to run a tab but then again that’s Singapore. A friendly small place where the service is quick and pleasant.

Every since I had the best churros in my life at Flinders St in Melbourne Australia, I’ve been on a deadly hunt for something similar in Singapore. There’s the hard and chewy cinnamon churros at some movie theatres, there’s also the greasy version with off-tasting chocolate dips at some spanish restaurants but there is NONE like the churros at Alegro’s. This has got to be the best churros in Singapore right now. It’s an unsuspecting little booth in clarke quay — it sells Spanish finger food and cocktails(or mocktails if you’re partying responsibly) at very reasonable prices for the location. But I’d always come here to satisfy my churro cravings. You can order either the mini churros or the regular large chunky ones. They are sprinkled with sugar and come with addictive chocolate dip. Served hot and crispy, until you take a chocolate-dipped bite, you’ll meet the soft buttery dough that’s inside. Final verdict: Forget the clubbing, I could dig into the churros all night!
