YAAAAS! An affordable bath and kitchen wonderland!
It makes me happy that I don’t have to go to atas places like Crate & Barrel or settle for grocery stores like Cold Storage for good kitchenware.
This shophouse has everything: pots and pans, mops and cleaning stuff, baskets, knives, kitchen appliances for both professional and personal use, and heaps more. They also have a decent selection of party supplies, such as plates, napkins, cups, and plastic utensils.
I’ve bought kitchen accessories such as bowls, tongs, butter knives, and a cooling rack here. Most recently, I found a deep frying pan from Japan that only cost $ 23. Great quality and works like a charm!
The space could be a little bigger, but they’re very smart with it and pack a lot in without making it feel too claustrophobic. A must-​visit if you’re in the market for new kitchenware!

Opposite Joo Chiat Complex sits a gigantic shop full of kitchenware and household ware. It spans two storeys over three shophouses, so you can expect to get everything you need to whip up a good meal!
Get your pots and pans, crystalware, weighing scales, drink dispensers and aprons on level one. Find home appliances, clothes pegs and plastic containers on the second floor. This shop isn’t just for households though. I actually saw a meat slicer and ice-​crushing machine, so if you wanna enter the food industry, you can get your items at 5B and arrange for delivery too! You can also take comfort in knowing that the company also offers alteration and repair services in case something goes wrong with your purchase. The staff also said they are willing to help customers source for products they have difficulty getting their hands on.
