Food ***** Service ***** Ambience ***** I usually dont like writing reviews for chains, but this one really deserved it. Loved the salmon I had here. Strongly recommended

Ate there few nights ago. My order got mixed up and arrived a few minutes after my colleagues. Manager brought the correct order and told me it was on the house. You rarely see this kind of service anymore. This is why I recommend the place. The food was great especially the broccoli /cheese soup !

Sushi cone appetizer was excellent. Service was great. Didn’t wait long for our entrees which were very fresh. This was my first visit and I can’t wait to come back.

Had to stop here for a Little Monster meal before going to see Mother Monster herself. In OTHER words… Needed to get supper before going to see Lady GaGa concert. Since this Moxies is attached to the MTS Centre, it was a great place to meet up before the big event. After draining an ice cold long island iced tea, I ordered the Teriyaki Rice Bowl with chicken. Not only was it super colorful and vibrant(see photo) but the veggies were fresh and crispy(not in an undercooked way) and the flavors were delicious! It was so nice to sit out on the patio and people watch with all the fun lady gaga-like costumes. Despite the restaurant being packed with concert goers, the staff were still fairly speedy on service and getting food out. This Lil Monster was very pleased =)

Yes, it’s a chain, but it’s a really, really good chain. The food is varied, flavorful, and consistently good, the staff are super-attentive, the booths are big and comfortable, and the drinks are ice cold. After dealing with American restaurants all year, Moxie’s is a breath of fresh air and one thing I definitely miss about Canada.

Moxie’s in downtown is a sigh of relief when staying at the hotels nearby. We were looking for something close, with attitude, and we found it at Moxie’s. A posh little place with a fenced patio filled with vegetation to hide us just enough from the passing foot traffic. I had the steak/prawn/salmon combination plate, with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was cooked to perfection and the leek sauce that covered the salmon was savory deliciousness! My date had the ribs, which really did fall off the bone as decribed in the menu. The sauce was a tad sweet, but still tasty. The service was superior and the prices were reasonable. The nice surprise at the end of the meal? Getting a drink afterward at the bar and being able to watch the Vikings game!
