Hockey themed bar with great food in downtown Winnipeg. Stopped in with my friend to grab some wings and beer and was not disappointed. Full tap list with many different options. Wing selection is amazing, over 40 different sauces and rubs. This was the first place I had seen tzatziki as a dipping sauce for wings, so I had to try it, it was AMAZING! We had the honey sriracha and Guinness bbq and both were excellent. They also have an outdoor patio but it was not open the night we were there. Overall great sports bar with awesome wings, beer and service.

We found this pub while on vacation. It has all you’d ever want: Plenty of TV’s, plenty of seating options, a nice pub menu, great drink and beer selection and an awesome staff.

Great happy hour pricing, delicious food, and friendly service. If in doubt about what to order for a food item you cannot go wrong with the tacos. They are amazing.

This was the worst bar experience I have ever had. The line outside had maybe 30 people total and didn’t move unless people left for the whole hour we were in line. We could see inside the bar from the line and it was half empty but we were told we wouldn’t get in for another hour because they were packed. No bar in Winnipeg was worth the wait and especially not a lousy pub. We won’t ever be returning. They need to learn how to run a business and keep potential customers happy.

I found this spot while I was in Winnipeg, I was on vacation and I’m originally from California! And I was with my group of friends and we were wondering the streets and we found this place and it was amazing the bartender was super nice! The vibe was great! And me and my friends were ready to drink! I have but one complaint… I need a bigger dance space for my Beyoncé moves! Ahah thanks the Pint bar I will definitely be back soon! Thanks for my memories

What a fantastic place to hang out. So we came to Winnipeg from Chicago to watch the Chicago Blackhawks play the Winnipeg Jets. I was looking for somewhere to go pregame. The four days we were in Winnipeg, I believe we spent three of them at The Pint. The first night service was fantastic as someone prior said you got to pick where you wanted to sit, there was a good crowd. Bartenders were friendly waitresses friendly and the place filled up. Seeing that it’s definitely a Jets bar we asked what time to come before the game and the waitress told us at least two hours. So we walked through the streets in our Blackhawks jerseys the next day. getting the stares from everybody, but all friendly. Well then we walked in & the manager remembered us and so did the bartender could not of been friendlier as the prior nights. Again food and drinks were fantastic found a few more Blackhawks fans while we were there. We headed to the game which is right around the corner and decided to come back after the game even with the loss from the Blackhawks. Same great service as before the game. Thanks Pint for a great trip!

One spot at the bar left when I showed up. There was a large crowd left from a Jets game that was dissipating. There was a ¾ beer at the empty bar seat next to me. The bartender got to me relatively quickly. I ordered a beer and food and that was darn near the last time I saw the bartender. I finished my meal, my water, and my beer before he ever came back to see how my food was or if I needed a refill. That beer next to me… no one ever came for it. It was a dead beer just sitting there. I have walked out of bars before because there was no place to sit. Completely unattentive staff. The au jus for the beef dip was too salty for my taste. Only spending one week in town on business, I wouldnt go back.

I have been for a month in Wpg, and I have not skipped any weekend from going to The Pint, affordable place, sexy bartenders, good burguers. If ur looking for a party, go to the second floor of the pub, that is where all happens.

Went after work with a bunch of Co workers on Thursday. The $ 4.95 pint special was good. We ordered fried pickles, a club sandwich and fish and chips. The pickles and fries were good. Greg said his sandwich was tasty but uninspired but made him feel sick about an hour later. Even this morning he’s still feeling it. I had the fish and chips. The fish was frozen from a box. It jut tasted like over cooked batter. The fish was dry and over cooked and I only ate half.(Looked like chicken when I cut into it) The waitress was attentive and pleasant but didn’t ask if I wanted my second piece of fish to go, not that I wanted it.(She’s probably used to people leaving it behind) The coleslaw was sub Par. All in all, I’d go back for beers and the fried pickles. Our Co workers seemed to really be enjoying the wings, so I’d try those too. The décor is cheesy and contrived. But inexpensive pints of premium import beer is a draw.

During a business trip to Winnipeg, and after a VERY long day of work, I opened Unilocal and pointed myself and my colleague in the direction of the first place with local beer. We visited on a Wednesday evening around 8pm. We were allowed to pick our own seat, anywhere we wanted, and our waitress was quick to offer us menus. As we selected the place for a beer, we asked for her local recommendation. She gave it and we accepted. After an in depth review of the menu, I noticed there were actually several local breweries on tap(the waitress originally indicated only one). Apparently, she didn’t actually know much about the local scene, but she was friendly, got our orders perfect and kept our beers full, so I’m not complaining. As this was my 4th meal in the area and I selected the establishment based on a desire for beer, I was very pleasantly surprised to see several food options that appealed to me. I settled on the rocky mountain club(chicken, bacon, cheese on fresh pretzel bread) and a side salad. 2 pluses: the pretzel bread was delicious and they actually had a light salad dressing. Overall, I’d gladly visit again if/when I’m back in the area for business. If you need a good beer or a good meal, stop on in… just maybe do your own research on what the local options are.

My husband and I received a $ 20 gift card for participating in «Ride for Dad» and were very pleased with the meal at «The Pint». My husband enjoyed the Rocky Mountain Club with soup of the day and I had the Guacamole club sandwich with soup of the day. Both our meals were plentiful, fresh, and served fast. The only negative was the air conditioning made it very cold. Normally, we would not venture downtown for lunch but The Pint will definitely have us coming back. Please to see free customer parking.

In town for the world cup and this has become the place to be for the soccer fans. Mini Yorkshire puddings with beef and gravy. Delicious. potatoes and bacon soup, more bacon than potatoes, not a bad thing. Poutine, amazing but too massive for one person. The staff are amazing and Theo is great. Added bonus for travelers is free WiFi.

We were looking for a nightcap and some dancing, and got exactly that with a side of lively atmosphere at the Pint. The crowd was 28 – 48, and having a great time… the kids were left all at home for this night out! Great place to grab a drink at the bar and slide onto the upstairs dance floor where the DJ kept us moving till our feet could take no more. Arrived about 1030 on a Friday night, and had no problem getting in… the place was comfortably full too — but not full enough that you had to turn sideways to walk around. I’m happy welcoming this new addition to the Winnipeg social scene!

All right I came back and had the hamburger instead of the bison burger which was much juicier. The side of mack and cheese was real good too. I’ll give it a 5 star because service was great as well. Ambiance was fun and lively like last time. Great place to watch a game. TVs everywhere. 2 guys playing on the PlayStation(yes there is a TV with a PlayStation) were annoying(overly cheering each other), but I think its kinda cool they have that for chilling with your buddy on a quiet night.

I came here on the evening of Saturday April 4th(roughly 11 pm) with a friend. We had intentions of joining my friends wife who was upstairs enjoying an evening out. Upon arriving there was a lineup(it didn’t appear full as people were coming and going). The bouncers were letting in people they knew so we cut to the front of the line to explain our situation that we had friends already inside. They asked if we were already inside and we honestly said no. He said get to the back of the line and continued to let a steady stream of his friends cut in. They made others wait in line as a good stream of line cutters kept going in. So we texted the friends upstairs and they came down. We tried politely asking the bouncer a second time(wearing a Jiu Jitsu jacket) if they would let us in and it was a clear NO in a firm somewhat rude voice. I clearly understand the rule of the bouncer is he is the gatekeeper and decider of who comes in or not. I’m not 20 years old anymore and don’t wait in lines. Especially at places where I encounter this type of raw rude behaviour. Best of luck in your business I won’t be back.

My wife and I visited The Pint in downtown Edmonton in September and truly enjoyed it. We ate there on a Tuesday, and were able to enjoy the Team Platter for $ 19(reg price $ 30). We were excited to hear that a location would be coming to Winnipeg. When it first opened we looked at their online menu and sure enough, Team platters were discounted on Tuesdays. We finally had the opportunity to go tonight and I checked the online menu out before heading over. To my dismay I noticed that there was no mention of the discounted platters. I called and was told they do not have them at this location. When I asked why Winnipeg was the only location in Canada to not have them I was told that they chose to have a different special on Tuesday«Industry Night» which seems super lame as it does not include any food special at all! Only drinks. What makes the management think that they can be the only location in the country to not have this special and still expect to be a viable option? Surely the company would expect to have consistency across the board with each franchisee. Doesn’t make any sense to me, and we will not be going there till they have Tuesday Team Platters like the rest of the locations.
