The wait staff at this restaurant is always very friendly and attentive. We used to enjoy the wings but the latest visit was a real disappointment. One batch was just barely warm, the second batch was so heavily coated and tasted like grease; last batch was just tasteless. It’s too bad the quality has gone downhill; don’t think I will be returning.

Went there today and it was completely dead. Food was okay but there was a bunch of fruit flies all around which made me think the food was gross. The reason why I was completely unimpressed was do to the service. It wasn’t busy I just don’t understand why the service was so bad. The blonde waitress never came back and we both had finished our drinks, never asked how we were doing or anything. I had to ask the other server to get the bill. The waitress we had was just sitting in the back.

Me and my friend went to wings our waitress I think her name was Ashley told us a head of time that there was only 2 servers so it would be a while it was nice a head of time. So while the 2 of us girls were talking I saw this one waitress being mean to the other waitress like she is the boss or something, I don’t know how you can treat someone like that it’s supposed to be team work. Thanks Ashley you are really nice

Went in on a whim after walking by and looking at the menu. We went in during happy hour. their mojito tasted like club soda with a hint of lime. I had the mac n cheese bites which were dry and tasteless. It kind of reminded me of eating cardboard… the wilted bagged coleslaw mix used as garnishing was tastier than the fried mac n cheese balls. The garlic cheese bread should have been named cheese toast because there wasn’t even a hint of garlic flavor. Hubby liked the sauce on the wings(Louisiana sauce) and the yam fries were phenomenal, but the aoli that came with the yam fries was kind of nasty. I would go back… just for the yam fries.

My friend wanted a salad instead of fries and they were going to charge her $ 3.50. $ 3.50 for a salad??? Really? Fries cost more then salad last time I checked. Service and food was slow. Food was very plain. I would not recommend this place.

went there with my kids, originally had to sit at that high table(my kids couldn’t reach the table) then they noticed & moved us to a booth, that was great service. The restaurant itself doesn’t look nice inside as compared to other Wings restaurant, the washroom was even worse & not well maintainedbut the service made it up :) nothing too special about food but Wings is wings !!

We had the boneless buffalo and honey garlic wings as well as their fried cheese sticks. All was good. Beer on draft was cold and refreshing, mixed drinks taste good but don’t pack any punch. Best thing about this joint is it sits right behind where they film many parts of the show PSYCH! I would recommend :-)

I’ve been to Wings more times than I can count. The wings are always good, they never disappoint. I love Chicago Salt and Pepper especially. The pasta is always delicious and the yam fries, oh the yam fries are the best. No matter what restaurant I go to, be it White Spot or Milestones, I still think Wings has the best yam fries. The Hat Trick is also a great deal, it comes with cheesy garlic bread(super greasy but to die for), yam fries, and a pound of wings. It always satisfies my cravings for greasy unhealthy food. Waitresses can sometimes come off as rude, yet there are some great waitresses who are super sweet. Depends on which one you get. I don’t blame them for it, but they always mix up the wings and I feel like some of them can’t tell them apart, so we’ll be almost halfway through the wings when we realize we’re eating the wrong plate. It’s okay. They look so similar. Don’t get mad at them for it. If you go in a group bigger than 5 or 6(don’t remember the number), they tell you that they have automatically charged the gratuity to your bill, which kind of sucks because we never did that at the restaurant I worked at. Once, a bunch of kids from my class decided to go to Wings for lunch, and we were in separate groups, but we had decided coincidentally to all go at the same time. The waitresses notified us that she was adding gratuity to our bill because we were in a large group, but we weren’t even technically with the others. We were in separate groups that happened to go at the same time, from the same place. She kept insisting that we were in a huge group and was quite defiant. I think if she had just served us with a smile, I would’ve tipped her better than the fixed gratuity she charged us. We were quite pissed off at her and normally I wouldn’t give her a full tip but whaddayaknow she tipped herself when she added it to my bill. The atmosphere is great. Comfortable seating, TV’s showing some kind of sporting event, and the radio playing in the background. It’s a great place to go with your friends. Just not too many friends. I’m all for tipping but I’d rather tip according to how they serve us, rather than a fixed rate that everyone has to tip.

All the drinks were watered down. The wings were ok. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have strong craving for wings.

It’s a great place to sit and people watch on a gorgeous day. The food was typical pub fare — neither healthy nor exceptional. Didn’t try the wings, though they did look good.

Went here with a couple friends, we had a craving for some wings! We weren’t dissapointed but not totally satisfied. I think if they had a greater selection it would have helped. We ordered buffolo, texas dry rub and tor tora. All the choices were very tasty I liked the tora tora, but ordering some extra sauces helped too. The service was ok, a little slow. They have some tv’s up playing sports and range from families to young teens having dinner/drinks. I’d come again but perhaps next time I have that craving for wings, do some more research beforehand

We tried take out wings, yam fries and fish n chips. The wings were well seasoned and crispy but the fish n chips tasted like they were fried in old oil. The portion was small and the coleslaw was too sweet with a strong mayo flavor. Not my favorite.

It was a beautiful day in White Rock. We pretty much spent the entire day here… You have to have seafood if you’re by the beach, right? We stopped in at WINGS to grab some Fish & Chips, my little guys got a burger. We were sooooo hungry! After a server finally came to grab our orders all we did was enjoy the view and wait. What we didn’t realize at the time, is that we were waiting… and waiting… and waiting… My little guy was crying he was so hungry. Not sure if it was just that day, but, there seemed to be only one person working. I swear, they must have been hosting, serving, cooking and busing– because it was probably the worst service I have received in a long time… And I am a very patient person. When our food finally came out– it was EH. That’s it. The long wait and we got EH. So many other amazing restaurants in White Rock… go there, not here.

Initial visit was not overwhelming. Good selection of wings, but relatively pricey. Prefer Thursdays at the Gillnetter for wings, lots of other options on the drive. My try again on a Wednesday when wings are 39c.

Don’t be fooled by the name. This place has a wide range of items on their menu. We came here thinking we were late for brunch. We weren’t and that is what really made me happy. The eggs Benedict was pretty good. The ‘annihilator’ cocktails, which were the special, were weak and kind of watery. Oh well, its more about the location than anything else. The prices were good and its a short walk across the street and railroad tracks to the beach. Good enough for me. I think we might be back for some Wednesday wings. I bet this is a good place to watch some hockey or football. I guess we will see.

As soon as we started walking out of the parking lot along the promenade, I noticed Wings and said we needed to try it out for lunch. Wings are my all time favourite snacks. We went back to the restaurant after people watching on the pier and strolling along the promenade for an hour and a half. Since it was a crisp sunny morning, we ordered take out so we could spread out and picnic on the grass. Despite the name of the restaurant, it serves a full menu of other bistro items such as burgers and sandwiches. There are about 10 different flavours for their wing selections — dry and saucy. I like my wings dry so I ordered Chicago salt & pepper. Prices were very reasonable — less than $ 8 for a pound. The order, along with a chicken burger, only took 15 minutes. The wings were crunchy and coated with coarse salt and pepper. The coating could have been a bit more flavourful but it was good overall. I would go back and try another flavour of dry wings. Service was very friendly and pleasant.
