Terrible customer service. The young caucasian male who I was talking to had no interest in my questions because I myself is new to the scene. He pretty much answered every question with a cold shoulder and dirty look. The store is also over priced! I researched the ELEAF Istick TC60W was only 40 $!!! Wicks and wire sold me it for 120 $ … never going back to that store, there is a vape store on keele called VapeLoaft I went too and one of the guys working there agreed on how I was being over charged. Great guys at VapeLoft check them out, they have a variety of stuff there.

Wow AWESOME first experience! The owner seems like a great guy, knows how to deal with a customer. I can see this shop having a great future. The selection of juices is SUPERB ! The selection of gear is also awesome! AND ITS BEEN OPEN FOR ONLY A MONTH! i can only imagine what kind of cool gear will be stocked once they are well established a d have built a customer base. There is nothing i hate more than to walk into a brand new vape shop and all they sell is ego pens and 3 year old cartomizers That are of course outdated. Well this is not one of those shoppes. They for sure have they entry level gear but they also cater to the advanced vaper. Awesome awesome awesome! Keep it up! And i ll be recommending this store to many people!

Wow! Joe (the owner) sure knows what he’s doing when it comes to starting up a shop. Hands down the nicest shop I have been in. Joe is very helpful, talkative, friendly, and carries a lot of awesome products.
If you are in the area (Vaughn Mills Mall) it is located in the plaza beside the Audi dealership and is worth your time to check out.
I picked up a few awesome juices and a Thundercloud V3 RDA by VPRS. Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Quire possibly the nicest shop I’ve been to and one of nicest guys in the business as well. Amazing juice selection and hardware… and they just opened up! I wish I still lived in Vaughan so I can go here, dragon vapes and spyder vapes more often. Love the atmosphere and a very chill spot to hang out at.

I stumbled upon this shop the Sunday before they officially opened. The owner (forget his name now *sadface*) was a great guy… very willing to help (even tho he wasn’t even officially opened till Aug 4th)…nicest shop i’ve been in to for my vaping needs. He will have sub om’s to sample on which is great… and he has a HUGE stock of juice to chose from… and still is running what looks like a very active online store…
It’s right near the Vaughan Mills Brass Pro Shops (in the parking lot connected to it)…certainly worth a stop in to sample and meet the owner of the nicest shop…
