The agent I was talking to was the worst. Viet Nguyen. Please don’t work with him.
I understand that your job is to be polite, but when it’s so faked, it’s awfully painful to be around.
Performance was subpar, I didn’t find him to meet my needs.
Which is fine, but I just wish it I knew about it before hand so I woundn’t have wasted my time and end up being made to feel like a incompetent.
