I went to get a time piece resized(breitling) looked for authorized breitling dealers in the area and decided to head to Rodeo Jewellery. I called ahead and confirmed everything with a representative there. Upon arrival of my appointment, the jewellery had just taken his hour and a half lunch break. so i decided to wait. After an hour and a half, i returned to the store and proceeded with my adjustment. The jewellery suddenly told me about warranties, and he could not touch the watch(even tho the watch was purchased from authorized breitling, and i spoke to breitling on where to get it resized). I told them they were an authorized boutique of BREITLING and were obligated to resize my watch, after some argument they said they could resize for a price of 200.00 !!! i was shocked and slightly offended. considering ALLBREITLING authorized dealers are obligated to resize a breitling purchased from them for free. I continued arguing with them, and one of the gentlemen came up and told me to «GETTHE F*** OUTOFOURSTORE». is this how a company is suppose to run a business? very shady very connive. Scandelous merchants should not be representing such respected brands. DONOSHOPHERE. go to Time n Gold or Birks instead!

Pls look under not recommended reviews and see how shady they were every time they make a mistake. Everyone should have the rights to know how shady this company is. I highly recommend you guys not get scammed there and read very thoroughly through my past experience with rodeo just about a week ago.

This review is written as a correspondence to my fiancé ring. They ordered her ring in the wrong size and tried to blame it on the fact that it was because she lost weight. After receiving the ring, we took a good look at it, because we felt like the diamond was shady because of their actions. — so we took it to a local asian jewellery place here in Richmond, they took a good look at the ring and told us that there was a big dot of black on top of the diamond. After that being said, i examined it and did see a big black dot on the diamond. So we called and they asked what clarity we had it requested in — we were never asked that by our sales person«Ryan» and another sales person or perhaps supervisor«Sal». After the sizing the ring it is now uneven. Because they took off uneven amounts of white gold off the ring, believe the ring size is too small, smaller than the actual wedding band. We asked the local store to educate us a little bit on the ring just because we really felt like the diamond was shady because when we asked for our diamond certificate both the sales persons body language kind of told us we didn’t have one. Then Ryan told us we would have to pay for an appraisal for the ring. Sal steps in and says no, we don’t charge for the appraisal of the ring, we want you to be sure of what you’re buying. According to the local store if it has a number it will have a certificate to it. We do have the number of the diamond so we’re asking for our certificate for the diamond and will update you on the resizing of the ring, 2nd time on a new ordered ring. So after being asked about the clarity of the ring, we were digging through the car to find our receipt and Ryan had quoted me for a band in a size 12.5. The local jeweler sized me and suggested me a size 12. Why is this company so shady? Will be updated on Monday. 09/29/2014

I have been a customer here for more than 10 years. From the first time I entered the store, I have always been greeted politely and made to feel my satisfaction as a customer is important. I have referred several friends and family members to the store who have all received the same treatment. The products in the store are well worth your time to look over if you are in the market to purchase jewellery. When you go, ask for Raz. He is amazing! Helpful, professional and always providing a personal touch. He greets me by name and remembers my children’s names. Over the years, he has learned what are tastes are and will reach out to us if something comes in that he feels we may like. Absolutely no pressure! Great store, ownership, staff and experience.

very helpful. Looking at wedding bands, they had a ton of selection. Salesmen werent very pushy, cinsidering there were 8 salesmen in the store, i was expecting a pretty aggressive pitch. Their watch selection is pretty awesome as well. I havn’t purchased anything there yet, but ill probably be back in the near future.

Good place to go if you’re shopping for a Tag /Omega watch with its own big counters and Montblanc accessories too. Service was good and didn’t seem overly aggressive, but i’m sure prices are negotiable.

First off, the sales staff are great, the watch repair guy not so great. Brought in my watch to have the band adjusted. No greeting from the Repair Guy other than a ‘where’s the watch’ ! When I commented on his lack of a proper greeting to a customer, he pointed to his work area and said he was ‘too busy’ — too busy to say hello and ‘how can we help?’ Repair Guy simply undone all the goodwill generated by the sales staff. In turn, my wife and I recounted our episode with Repair Guy to anyone that would listen — they all shop at Oakridge and know Rodeo Jewellers. We went to the Bay Watch Repair to get the work done.
