If i could give 0 or minus star, i totally would. The lady who deals with me(i assume the owner of the store) is extremely rude. I had to exchange my pandora bangle for suitable size. The lady is unfriendly when i said i want to exchange pandora bangle to different size. Then, she’s progressively being very rude. She handed me the right size but the bangle kinda worn off. I as a customer being very reasonable and polite question if she got another one as it doesnt look new to me. She said she got offended right away. What a great lafy to have in a business. Normally, i wouldn’t bother to exchange it and go right away, but this store very close to my apartment so i had to put up with her coz i really have no time exchange it to pandora official store. Me and my girlfriends planning to buy the same friendship charm for our graduation but i am thinking to just look for Swarovski instead because of this kinda experience. I have to write to pandora about this case coz the official store have superb service and i really don’t want a lit of ppl look down on the brand just because some horrible store carrying their brand. This particular store is doomed. NOTRECOMMENDEDATALL, INFACT, AVOIDATALLTIMES

If it wasn’t for Chinese New Year dragon dance, probably wouldn’t notice them lol. But gorgeous service from Melanie. Proud to say they’ve been in business for over 40 years, and designed and handcrafted locally :) Saw a pair of 1 carat diamond earrings for $ 4000. Didn’t ask about colour/cut/karat yet lol.

I met my brother here to get some more Pandora charms for our mum back in Ottawa. The woman serving us was very patient and helpful. There are so many lovely charms to choose from and she took the time to bring out more and more choices, pointing out some of her favourites like the cupcake that I fell in love with and knew I had to get. When we were having a hard time deciding on the third charm she showed us the cutest little silver elephant and told us that this was a charm that you had to give as a gift so that it would bring good luck. Our mum just got out of the hospital and good luck is exactly what she needs. Not that we’re superstitious or anything. :) One thing that was really nice about this lovely little store was that I was wearing a Nashville Pussy t-shirt, old man sweater, no make-up and my hair was far from ‘done’. The two staff welcomed us with big smiles the moment we stepped into the store. It might sound silly but sometimes when I’m in an expensive store I feel like I should have dressed up. Nobody made me feel that way today.
